Disclaimer
Last updated: February 3, 2026
Please read this Disclaimer carefully. It applies to your use of Cami, including all modes (Research, Customer Service, Clinical Assistant, Legal Intelligence, Tutor, Cami Money), Scribe (voice/video transcription), and any related features. Clinical Assistant mode is designed for HIPAA-compliant workflows; Scribe uses a HIPAA-compliant audio transcription provider.
1. Not Professional Advice
Cami is an AI-powered assistant that provides information and support for general and professional contexts. Cami does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Output from Cami—including from Clinical Assistant, Legal Intelligence, and other modes—is for assistance, education, and support only. It is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, or representation from a qualified professional (e.g., a licensed physician, attorney, or other regulated provider). Do not rely on Cami alone for decisions that could affect your health, legal rights, finances, or safety.
2. Not a Financial Advisor; No Financial Advice
Cami is not a financial advisor (FA), broker-dealer, investment adviser, or other regulated financial professional. Cami Money, “Talk money,” “Move money,” and any other finance-related content or features on the Service are not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. Nothing on the Service constitutes a solicitation or offer to provide financial advisory or brokerage services. For investment, tax, or financial planning decisions, consult a qualified, licensed professional in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and any use of Cami in connection with money or investments.
3. No Professional Relationship
Using Cami’s Clinical Assistant, Legal Intelligence, or any other mode does not create a doctor–patient, attorney–client, therapist–client, or other professional relationship between you and Cami or its operators. Cami is a tool; the human professional (or you) remains responsible for any advice, decisions, or care. If you need professional services, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
4. Accuracy and Limitations of AI
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased. Cami uses multiple models and Human+ and M.I.N. to improve quality, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output. You should:
- Verify important facts, citations, and recommendations with authoritative sources.
- Not rely on Cami alone for medical, legal, or other high-stakes decisions.
- Use your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek qualified human expertise.
5. Scribe (Transcription)
If you use Scribe to record or upload voice or video for transcription, the resulting text is generated by automated systems and may contain errors. Do not rely on transcripts alone for legal, medical, or official records. Verify critical content and comply with any applicable consent or recording laws in your jurisdiction.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of Cami and for any decisions or actions you take based on its output. Cami and its operators are not liable for any loss, harm, or damage arising from your reliance on the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.
7. Research, Customer Support, and General Use
Research, Customer Service, Tutor, and other general-purpose modes are intended to support thinking, learning, and workflow—not to replace professional judgment. Use them to assist your work, not as the sole basis for professional or binding decisions.
8. Regulatory and Compliance
If you use Cami in a regulated context (e.g., healthcare, legal, education), you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, professional rules, and organizational policies. Cami does not guarantee that use of the Service satisfies any such requirements.
